1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a listing or using SaaSLift in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Listing Submissions
Submissions are subject to manual review before appearing publicly. SaaSLift reserves the right to reject any submission that:
- Is not a genuine SaaS product
- Contains misleading, false, or harmful content
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Is spam or a duplicate of an existing listing
3. Payment & Refunds
The listing fee ($4.99 USD) is a one-time, non-refundable promotion fee, except when a submission is rejected during review. In that case, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.
Payments are processed securely via PayPal. SaaSLift does not store payment card information.
4. Listing Content
You are responsible for all content you submit, including descriptions, links, logos, and screenshots. You confirm that you have the right to use all submitted content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
5. No Guarantee of Results
SaaSLift does not guarantee any specific traffic, conversions, or business outcomes as a result of a listing. The directory is provided as a discovery platform only.
6. Modifications
SaaSLift may update or remove listings at any time for quality, compliance, or operational reasons. We will attempt to notify founders via email in such cases.
7. Intellectual Property
SaaSLift retains all rights to the platform design, branding, and codebase. Listing content remains the property of the respective founder.
8. Limitation of Liability
SaaSLift is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSLift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in good faith between the parties.
